first comes loves

Key verses:1 Corinthian 13, John 3:16

first comes love. well I know we used a lot when we were  like 2, but today it is the title of my blog.  When your begin your walk as a christian the first thing you need to do is to begin to show love to EVERYONE, yes even to haters as much as you don't want to. what love my enemies really? yes really, because JESUS instruct it in Matthew 5:43-48 to love thy enemy.  in Romans 12:20 it says on the contrary: if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; in doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.  I truly believe this that when you love someone you hate they are going to feel worse if you continue to love them they may become a friend.

Now why must we show compassion? will it is simple and easy, Because God so loved the world that he give his only begotten son that who so ever believe in him still not perish but have eternal life-john 3:16.  I know this is the reason why we have to be compassionate because God loved us enough to sacrifice his own son for us, but that goes into a topic I will cover later in my future blogs.  but yes if he is willing to love us enough to do that, then how much more should we love.

When it comes to the bible sense of the word love i can tell you a lot but when it comes to loving someone I only really can give you the bible version.  When you date don't date to date cause that will get in trouble but date to find a mate and if you find that one take it slow and wait for about 6 months to a year so that you can get know the person and then if you still love them after that 6 months to a year is up then marry them because them  might be the one.  Also make sure you seek God first before you make a final decision.  the only excepting to the rule of patience is when the Sexual tension is high, but still seek God first.

Let me end with this, that JESUS loved us so much that he give his own life for us.  think about it JESUS had the option to walk away and say that we didn't deserve it and in some sense we didn't, but he didn't because he love us and that was enough for me. once again I say to you, if you haven't found JESUS in your life I pray that that you do and please also find a church that doesn't care what you look like or how you used to act.

                        Love always,
                         your brother in Christ,

not perfect, just saved

Not perfect, just saved.  Some people in this world think that christian think they are perfect and for some Christian they do think that.  But if you are born-again in the Spirit of God then you know for a fact that you are nowhere close to being perfect.  being saved means you recognized that JESUS die for us on the cross for our sins and that he is always going to be there for you.  being saved also means you are willing to throw away your fleshy ways and live in spirit and let the holy spirit be there to help you sort out what is of the world and what is not.  being saved also means you are willing to grow in spirit and start that process of beginning to recognize what is of God.  Salvation also means that when you do sin you going to recognize right away.  Salvation means that when your life hits storms that you going to grab the lord's hand during that time no matter how long it is. being born-again means you are a sinner who has been forgiving by the lord, doesn't mean we won't sin again just means that as we grow we will start to notice the stench of sin.  Paul said in 1 Timothy 1:18, here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ JESUS came into the world to save sinners-of whom I am the worst.
When we come into a relationship with Christ one thing is for sure he died for sinners and so therefore we are sinners set free because of his blood, in which he shred for us without a selfish thought in his head.  he took the pain so that we have a chance to be forgiving for our sins and so that we can live a eternal life with him. let me close out with this that if you are not saved and do not have the lord in your life i pray that you do find him in you heart and accept him then I pray you find a church that knows that you can come as you are.

Life in God's hand

Life in God's hands, is a wonderful thing.  See when we first begin, before we were born again christian, we were in the world and not living at all for the lord.  When we are in the world we often trip and fall, and it often hurts and is painful.  but when we are in god's hands we need not worry about tripping and falling, yes we will have those moments when we will have hardships just like in the world, but the difference is we won't endure for long and if we do we have JESUS right there holding our hand and helping us along.  In God's hands we always safe and secure.  Just as it said in 1 John 4:4, because the who is in you is greater then the one who is in the world.  That is basically saying that when we trust in the Lord and continue in his hands we can defeat the things of this world no matter what it is.  God's hands represent his will and what he has planned for us and when we keep in that plan we have the protection and the secure knowledge that when our lives hit the rough storms, like they always will, we will have his hand there holding our hand so that we can make it through that storm. remember JESUS said if we just have a faith of a mustard seed we can move mountains.  let me end with this that God's hands are always safe and always secure so if you not in them and you don't have him as your Lord and savior I pray that you are lead to lord and that you are able to humble yourself to the lord and say lord I was wrong

                                   Keep in the Lord always,
                                   your Brother in Christ
